Axelero
Track every rupee, every kilometre. Axelero is a fuel, service, and expense tracker built for Indian motorcyclists — so you always know what your ride really costs.
Android · iOS coming soon · ₹ and KMPL, built for India · Made by Highroad Studios
What you can track
Fuel fill-ups
Date, odometer, litres, total cost, and a full-tank toggle. Pick the station with Google Places autocomplete. Running mileage (KMPL) is computed for you.
Service & repairs
Itemised parts and work with per-line cost, the shop location, a full-service toggle, and the total bill — a complete history for every machine.
Accessories
Log accessory purchases as itemised line items with the shop and total spend.
Expenses
Food, stays, tolls and everything else on the road — each with an optional location tag.
Riding gear
Keep a record of your protective gear purchases and what they cost.
Multiple motorcycles
Switch between vehicles from the dashboard. Free covers one bike; Pro unlocks unlimited.
Know your numbers
Home dashboard
Vehicle picker, this month's spend front and centre, service alerts, your last expense, and running mileage — all at a glance.
Reports
Cost-of-ownership with KPIs, a category donut, bars, a trend line, and your top spends. Plus a mileage trend and a filterable activity log of everything you've recorded.
Service alerts
Based on your real odometer history, so a service interval never quietly slips past.
Works offline
Real-time Firestore sync when you're connected, full offline persistence when you're not. Log a fill-up at a pump with no signal.
Built privacy-first
No ads. No data sold. Your data is stored in India (asia-south1, Mumbai region), and you can opt out of anonymised usage analytics anytime in Settings.
Axelero is built to comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can delete your account whenever you like — there's a 15-day grace period (sign back in to cancel), after which all your data is permanently and irreversibly erased.
