Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of products operated by Highroad Studios ("we", "us", "our"), including the Axelero mobile application. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the products.
2. Your account
You bear responsibility for protecting your sign-in account (Google) and all associated activity. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
By signing in, you agree to the collection of anonymised usage analytics by default, used solely to improve the app. You may opt out at any time from Settings → usage analytics. Crash diagnostics (used to identify and fix defects) operate continuously while the app is installed and cannot be disabled, as they are required to keep the service stable.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't use the products for any unlawful purpose.
- Don't attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code except where permitted by applicable law.
- Don't interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the services or the data of other users.
- Don't upload content that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.
4. Intellectual property
The Highroad Studios name, the Axelero name, the app, its source code, design, and content are owned by Highroad Studios and protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. The data you enter into the app remains yours.
5. Disclaimers
The products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Reminders, mileage estimates, and any other computed values are advisory only and should not be relied on as the sole basis for vehicle maintenance decisions.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Highroad Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the products.
7. Privacy and data protection
Operations follow our Privacy Policy at highroadstudios.in/privacy.html. The product is governed by India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Where users access the product from the EU/EEA, GDPR provisions apply; please review the Privacy Policy for details on legal bases and your rights as a Data Subject. Primary user data resides in Cloud Firestore, Mumbai region (asia-south1).
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Goa, India, including the High Court of Bombay at Goa.
9. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or via email where appropriate. Continued use of the products after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Account deletion
You may request deletion of your account at any time from within the app (Profile → Delete account). Deletion enters a 15-day grace period during which signing back in cancels the request. After the grace period expires, your profile, vehicles, fuel and service entries, accessories, expenses, gear, and any associated location tags are permanently erased by a scheduled job. Erasure is cascading and irreversible; we retain no copies.
